Your mentoring begins with a 60-minute 1-to-1 Zoom session where we'll look at:

In the business – Where do you want it to go and what would you like to change?

Financially – What does the business need to deliver to make those things possible?

We'll look at where you are now, where you want to get to and what is standing between the two.

Because sometimes the problem you think you need to solve isn't actually the problem at all.

You might think you need more bookings when you actually need to make more from the bookings you already have, or think you need better marketing when your offer isn't quite right.

Together, we'll dig into what's actually happening and work out what needs fixing first. That might mean looking at your prices together, working out why certain enquiries aren't converting, reviewing where your time is disappearing, or talking through an idea before you invest time and money into it.

Then we'll agree the practical next steps – and I'll be there to support you while you actually put them into action.
